Who We Are
Sara Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization established to drive technology focused impact, by fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and developing the next generation African tech founders and entrepreneurs.
We are empowering the next tech leaders, innovators and experts through our CAP Tech Hub and our FLIP Communities (Women Professionals in Tech Africa and Women Founders in Tech Africa).

Napa Onwusah
With over two decades of leadership at top companies like AWS, Google, and Microsoft, Napa helps non-tech founders turn ideas into market-ready products and guide startups to accelerate growth. Driven by integrity, humility, and empathy, she shares insights on technology, leadership, and business as a global speaker and author. Through initiatives like Built for Balance and Luminary Awards, she supports young professionals and entrepreneurs in achieving their goals.

Ayodeji Babatunde
​Ayodeji is a venture capital investor and seasoned strategist with over a decade of experience driving growth across industries and regions. She founded VC Dialogues to support underrepresented founders with funding, mentorship, and networks. Notable achievements include securing $2.3M for tech startups in two weeks and leading a $100M real estate deal with 20% customer conversion in six months. Recognized among top Nigerian executives, she also serves as Impact Officer for the Global Shaper Community Atlanta.

Fisayo Adeyemi
Fisayo is a certified Business Analyst with five years of experience across various sectors. She is the founder of Rayne Consults, where she has coached over 500 professionals, and curates "The BA Influencer," sharing career resources with her 35k+ followers. As Director of Communications for IIBA Nigeria, she leads volunteer initiatives and supports tech communities through classes and collaborations. Passionate about growth and giving back, Fisayo inspires others through her work and personal insights on career, faith, and life.
