Career Advancement Program
This is a 2 years rotational program implemented through a Career Advancement Program (CAP) TECH HUB established in the African university, that aims to nurture and build up young Africans in universities in tech careers and tech innovation (entrepreneurship) empowering them to become tech professionals and founders.
We also have a vibrant presence in over 20 universities, and are continuously expanding into more academic institutions and countries in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and Burundi.

Career Advancement Program Implemented by the CAP TECH HUB
We see a gap in the African Education Sector and Tech Ecosystem, Career Advancement Program was created to fill that gap
Problems
47% of African Universities do not offer ICT-related programs.
In Sub-Saharan Africa, only 4% of universities graduates have tech-related skills.
70% of African universities offered IT programs based on outdated curriculums.
Solutions

Tech Talent Development
The continent needs 23 million additional tech workers by 2025 to meet it's digital economy ambitions, with CAP Tech Hub set up in schools students will be equipped to bridge the gap.

Inadequate Support for Early Founders
The total VC in investment in African tech startups reached $24 billion in 2020. With the right tools and resources, schools can produce the next generation of tech founders and receive needed funding.
